The course is aimed at researchers of all levels interested in applying Cryo-EM for the structural determination of biological macromolecules.

I2PC- Instruct Course On electron tomography and subtomogram averaging
This course will provide a comprehensive overview of image processing in Electron Tomography (ET), covering tasks such as aligning tilt series, reconstructing 3D tomograms, and performing subtomogram averaging within the Scipion framework. Participants will learn how to extract and analyze macromolecular structures at high resolutions.
